SPECIAL AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS

Our websites and/or services do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. Kirsten Nelis training & coaching does NOT sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Kirsten Nelis training & coaching remains responsible for these processing operations.

In exceptional cases and if you have given us explicit permission to do so, we will place your name with a testimonial about our services/products on the website. The purpose of the testimonial with your name created by you or with your approval is to reliably inform interested parties about the user experience with the service or product offered. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. Kirsten Nelis training & coaching will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
